Update from Administrator – February 1, 2022

Dear Resident and Family member,

Please accept this notice as update to the results of COVID testing from yesterday. Fortunately, the turnaround time for lab processing tests is much quicker. While we do have one positive confirmed test result of an employee, please note, they are not experiencing any symptoms at this time and will remain in quarantine. If they remain free of symptoms, they will return to work after completing 5 days of quarantine. Thankfully all the resident test results are negative.

As mentioned previously, our activity staff remain creative and continue to provide social activities in a safe manner. Please know that our staff remain mindful of the need to continue with adhering to social distance guidelines and residents are wearing masks during all social gatherings. We will continue to do our very best to keep everyone safe and healthy.

Thought you would like to know that today at 2 PM there is a special celebration to honor the Chinese New Year. Barbara and her staff have ordered some Chinese food favorites for our residents to enjoy as they celebrate the wonderful festivities. Please stay well and I will continue to provide updates as new information arises.
