COVID-19 Letter from Administrator
You are all aware of our efforts to contain or mitigate the potential spread of the Covid-19 virus to our residents. At the present time we fully understand the hardship this has caused, however all the steps we have taken are extremely necessary at this time.After our daily morning meeting we had a discussion as to how we feel you can communicate with your relative.
We still offer availability of a phone 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Residents may receive phone calls or make out going phone calls when necessary. We also have face time available. Through ouractivities department we will be reaching out to families by phone and by Face time.For those of you that may not have I Phones or I Pads please send us your email address so we may stay in touch.
Our Activities department has the ability to assist the residents in writing and receiving textmessages on the residents personal cell phone, (if the resident or legal guardian desires).
Also, our activities department has the ability to assist residents in composing letters or otherforms of written communication to keep in touch with friends, family, loved ones from all over,(if the resident or legal guardian desires).
We will do our best to stay in communication with you about your friend, family, and loved ones.Please bear with us as we work to adhere to implement these precautions. If you have any concerns, please call the nursing center. Thank you for your time and anticipated cooperation.
