Dear Resident & Family member,

Please accept this letter as an update regarding the COVID test results from this week. I am beyond pleased to inform you that all the test results are negative. These results are inclusive for both residents and staff. We remain diligent with adhering to the social distancing guidelines of both the RIDOH and CDC. Please be assured that staff continue to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our residents remains intact.

Please note, masks are still mandatory. Despite our facility is not currently in outbreak, all visitors, consultants, and staff are required to wear masks. Residents also wear masks during social gatherings and group activities. Please understand the recent mask lifting does not pertain to healthcare facilities.

As always, I will continue to provide you with weekly updates of our test results and also with new information as it should arise. Monday we are scheduled to hold a COVID booster clinic at 10 AM. This is strictly for residents and staff.
