Update from Administrator – February 11, 2022

Dear Resident and Family member,

Please accept this letter as an update to the results of our COVID testing from Monday, February 7, 2022. Great news, all resident’s test results were negative! This is such positive news which we obviously are happy to share with you. We hope that our residents continue to enjoy good health and remain COVID free. Life continues to be fun and socially distanced activities remain. Residents have enjoyed canvas painting with a local artist, musical entertainment and yesterday, one of the Hospice providers sponsored a chocolate day which both residents and staff enjoyed. There were delicious chocolate sweets and treats! Please check out the pictures on our Facebook page. As you know, Monday we celebrate Valentine’s Day. We have special plans thanks to the generosity of incredibly special families, Monday our residents and staff (all shifts) will enjoy a boxed lunch and decadent cupcakes for dessert!

Aside from the above, we also wanted to let you know of two positive test results for staff members. Out of these employees, one is experiencing mild symptoms however, we are hopeful both will return to work after completing their 5-day required quarantine. Be well!
